WHO

Dr. Edward de Bono is regarded as the leading authority in the field of Creative Thinking. He has written 70 books with translations into 34 languages and has been invited to lecture in 52 countries. He has worked with major corporations such as IBM, Du Pont, AT&T, and British Airways.


WHAT

He is the originator of ‘Lateral Thinking' which treats creativity as the behaviour of information in a  self-organizing information system such as the neural networks in the brain. His special contribution has been in taking the mystical subject of creativity and, for the first time in history, putting the subject on a solid basis. Some of his popular works include 6 Thinking Hats, Mechanism of Mind, 6 Action Shoes, I am Right, You are Wrong, and Master Thinker.

1. Humor is by far the most significant activity of the human brain.
